The Portfolio addresses the unique issues involved in planning for and administering estates that consist in part of assets that have been created by the decedent’s personal creative efforts or the creative efforts of others.

“It is a true honor to be recognized by Bloomberg Tax for our Portfolio,” said Minnigh. “I appreciate the opportunity to contribute practical insights on a topic I am passionate about to the legal community together with my brilliant co-author.”

“The Tax Management Portfolios are an essential part of my toolkit when advising clients on sophisticated tax issues,” said Stutzman. “I was both humbled and excited to have been given the opportunity to collaborate with Elizabeth on the preparation of this Portfolio, and honored to share the Portfolio Author of the Year Award with her.”

Sandra Glazier was named the Outstanding Contributing Author of the Year for her article, Capacity and Ethical Considerations When Representing Vulnerable Adults. While receiving the award for this specific article, Glazier has consistently contributed compelling articles that provide technical and practical insights on a variety of estate law issues to Bloomberg Tax subscribers.

“I am truly honored to receive Bloomberg Tax’s 2018 Contributing Author of the Year Award,” said Glazier. “I’ve been honored to be able to contribute to the profession through writing for Bloomberg Tax and I look forward to continuing to work with their team to develop content that it meaningful to estate practitioners.”
